RETURN & REFUND POLICY – TRÉSORS VERIDIQUES



At TRÉSORS VERIDIQUES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.





1. All Sales Are Final



All purchases made with TRÉSORS VERIDIQUES are FINAL SALE.


❌ We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.





2. No Refunds on Shipped Orders



Once an order has been processed and shipped, no refunds or replacements will be issued under any circumstances.


This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Orders marked as “Delivered”
  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer






3. Damaged or Incorrect Items



Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:


  • The wrong item was sent, or
  • The item arrived damaged due to our error



To be eligible, customers must:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
  • The product must be unused and unopened



Failure to meet these conditions will result in denial of the request.





4. Allergic Reactions & Product Use



TRÉSORS VERIDIQUES is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects.


Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and performing a patch test before use.


No refunds will be issued due to allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with product results.





5. Shipping Costs



Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.





6. Chargebacks & Disputes



Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting TRÉSORS VERIDIQUES may result in:


  • Permanent refusal of future orders
  • Submission of order records to the payment processor






7. Policy Acceptance



By placing an order with TRÉSORS VERIDIQUES, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy in full, without exception.
